Numbering machines print a sequence number on documents from single sheets to seven-part carbonless set forms. This is done so a document can be identified by this unique number for cataloguing, legal case preparation, and others. Ink is transferred from a roller to the numbering head, and you can use different colored ink rolls at the same time. The rotary numbering head rotates to the next number, is re-inked, and prints directly onto the sheet or form.
| | The two machines below are both made by Standard, which differ mainly in paper feed systems. The FRN-6 uses a top-feed, friction feed that can print 24,000 imprints per hour. The SRN-9X uses a suction feed system that allows for more speed: 36,000 impressions per hour. Please see details below, and call us for more information before ordering. |
